New Zealand graphic designer and illustrator Lauren Earl’s guide to sharing living quarters, The Flatmate’s Handbook, is full of humor, wit, fun illustrations, and words of wisdom.

Among the nuggets: Don’t pee in the sink. And, everyone seems normal until you get to know them.

Having been a renter (or “flatter” nearly all of my adult life, and currently grappling with the proverbial upstairs neighbor from hell, this book grabbed me. Go to Lauren’s Behance page to see more images of the book.
